General Information

The Canadian Seating & Mobility Conference (CSMC) Planning Committee is pleased to present the Conference for the year 2010. The Conference format this year includes small group, interactive sessions, paper and case presentations, and the Look 'N Learn sessions with a clear educational focus; a keynote presentation designed to provoke discussion; a comprehensive exhibit hall with products from around the world. Complete your registration document carefully to ensure you are able to attend the activities of your choice.

Registration Information

Workshops fill up quickly so register early to avoid disappointment. Full registration includes 3 workshops on Wednsday, 3 workshops on Thursday, admission to the Exhibit Hall, all meal functions (excluding Wednesday's social event) and any other presentations as listed in the Conference Event Schedule. All meals include vegetarian options. Registrations, including full payment, received at the CSMC office by April 15, 2010 are eligible for early registration pricing.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted after April 31, 2010. All registrations received prior to that date are subject to a $25.00 administration fee upon refund.

New Product Walk

Be sure to take a "New Product Walk" to see what's new for 2010. This year's New Product Showcase will be held in the centre area of the Exhibit Hall and will be bigger than ever. The products will be on display during the entire show, with manufacturer reps available during designated periods. Take time to make the walk and cast your ballot for the Registrant Choice, Harding Award for Product Innovation.

Exhibit Hall

To view new and exciting products from around the world, and to discuss your product needs and ideas with the exhibitors, visit our expansive Exhibit Hall, open throughout the Conference.

Attendance Certificate

A copy of your completed workshop will act as your Certificate of Attendance at the 2010 CSMC. Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) are available. Check the CSMC website for details.

Video and Audio Recordings

Recordings of any type are prohibited during all presentations within the Conference Program unless written permission has been requested and granted by both the Conference organizers and the speaker.
