2010 Conference Registration
Registration Information
Workshops fill up quickly so register early to avoid disappointment. Full registration includes 3 workshops on Wednsday, 3 workshops on Thursday, admission to the Exhibit Hall, all meal functions (excluding Wednesday's social event) and any other presentations as listed in the Conference Event Schedule. All meals include vegetarian options. Registrations, including full payment, received at the CSMC office by April 15, 2010 are eligible for early registration pricing.Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted after April 31, 2010. All registrations received prior to that date are subject to a $25.00 administration fee upon refund.
