How to Enter In and Out Of Sessions and Complete Your Session Evaluations for CEUs

1. You must enter the unique code at the beginning AND end of the presentation. You must attend at least 90% of a session in order to earn continuing education credit for that session.
2. Download the VGM Events app.

3. Enter Your Username - this is going to be the email you used to register for CSMC
4. Enter Your Password - csmc2024
5. Once logged in, click on the Menu icon in the upper left corner and select Agenda.

6. Select your session.
   • 
7. Select "Join Session." 
   • 
8. Select "Check In" to enter the check in code found by the door of the room.
9. After the session ends, select "Check Out" to enter the check out code found inside of the room.
10. Once you successfully check out, the survey should automatically begin. If not, select the survey icon in that session as it will become enabled (black).
11. Complete the evaluation form for each session you attend. All session evaluations must be completed by Friday, Sept. 13.
12. Your certificates will be emailed to you after the conference.
